Joost seems pretty decent, however when I tried it last summer I would often get cutoff half way through watching something. Hulu isn't available in the UK unfortunately :(, guess I could try using a proxy, but I can't imagine they would work very well when streaming high quality video. BBC iPlayer (UK only service) kicks ass, but since it is only stuff which appears on the BBC's channels there isn't going to be any anime.

Joost has been my favorite due to the fact that it uses WMV and lowers the processor strain. Though the service has become rather gimped recently.

Hulu is actually quite nice and offers a decent service. If only 5 million commercials didn't appear all over the place.
